I have scoliosis and have had back surgery. My pain issues have been my neck shoulders, full back and hips. Some days have been extremely painful, causing headaches, trouble walking or moving.

I sought out Chiropractic care due to long time, chronic upper back and shoulder pain as well as an acute injury to my lower back from exercising.

When I was evaluated for my acute lower back pain, I was told my chronic upper shoulder and neck pain was due to a loss of my cervical curve in my spine. I found Synergy online and made an appointment because I had lower back pain and was finding it hard to walk. They took x-rays of my back and found that I was out of alignment. Dr. Aaron gave me an adjustment giving me some relief. After about my 4th adjustment all of my pain was relieved. I was a sceptic at first, but found the treatment to be terrific! Today I am totally pain free and continue to go in for a treatment at least every month to make sure I stay in proper alignment.

I could hardly walk. I had a sharp pain in my back and numbness in my legs and right arm. It was even difficult to breathe. I called Synergy asking for a same day appointment. Dr. Aaron was happy to oblige and saw me within an hour. He adjusted me and got me aligned within a week. That was three years ago.

The 3-D digital foot scan demonstrated I needed orthotics. I feel better, have more energy and no pain as long as I keep my appointments every two weeks for maintenance. If it was not for Dr. Aaron I am certain I would have gone through several surgeries.

I sought chiropractic care because every suggestion my physician gave me to deal with my back pain did not work. My lower back hurt continuously-sitting, lying down, and standing up. Taking Aleve, using a heating pad, and even not carrying anything heavy did not help my back to improve. When it got to the point of me being in tears after sitting in my chair for an evening I finally decided to act on the recommendation of a friend and visit a chiropractor.

Dr. Aaron took his time at my first visit to listen to my experience, to explain the x-rays, and to explain why I was in pain. Seeing the actual problem with my back helped me to understand what was needed. The adjustments gradually relieved the pain. The time required was minimal, but the results were amazing! After several weeks I began to feel "normal" again. My back did not twinge when I sat down. It was not painful to get up in the morning. I could stand all day at work without having to sit down to rest. I could actually carry in groceries without my back hurting. The monthly visits now "keep me in line." (pun intended!)

I would recommend Synergy Chiropractic for a variety of reasons. Not only did the treatments make a profound difference in the way I lived and moved, but the respect, kindness and understanding of the staff was an additional bonus. I originally sought chiropractic care because I was having some low back pain and hip pain. I had a stress fracture in my hip. About 9 months after I was released to run and begin high impact training, I ran a couple of 5Ks and began having the hip pain again. I feared another stress fracture or worse.

From my first visit, Dr. Aaron and his staff have been stellar! They are friendly and efficient and work with your insurance. I absolutely LOVE the rolling table! It relaxes my back and neck before I get adjusted. My hip was the most problematic issue for me, and it was cyclical. I would get adjusted feel better, workout or run, and hurt again. I'm finally hip pain free! My visits have also decreased to weekly instead of 2-3X/Week. My left knee (where I had an ACL injury and meniscectomy) has been great. Dr. Aaron has taught me lots of exercises to do to stay strong and he puts me back in alignment.

I was in severe pain which began with my right shoulder and continued down my arm along with tingling throughout my arm and hand. It was so severe I could not even lift my arm.

Dr. Aaron did x-rays and reported that I had two bulging discs in my neck that were affecting the nerves in my shoulder and arm. He recommended 3 months of spinal decompression. If I was not improved after that, my next step was surgery. I was skeptical but I started decompression 3 times a week along with my adjustments. My severe pain was relieved almost immediately. We continued with this treatment 3 times a week, then 2 times a week and then once a week for 3 months. I have to say I feel better than ever.

Since Dr. Aaron was so helpful and knowledgeable not only with my shoulder and arm but also my spine and hips, I asked if he could help with a lifelong knee problem next He already has recommendations and I look forward to solutions which have been mistreated by my primary doctor as well as an orthopedic specialist.

I had been living with chronic lower back, hip and knee pain for a few years. It was never bad enough to prevent me from functioning, but it was bad enough that I was taking over the counter medications multiple times a day to relieve the discomfort. The tipping point for me was when the over the counter medications were no longer working. My pain was getting worse, and I had to sit down to put on my shoes and socks. I got some relief with several weeks of massage therapy but the pain was still there. I felt like I needed to do something more to treat this ongoing issue. I am absolutely serious that I felt an immediate improvement after my first visit, and continued to improve every visit after! I had been dealing with pain in my lower back for five or six years. It progressively got worse and worse overtime. I farm part time, so picking up anything, or activities as simple as stepping up in my truck or tractor was next to impossible. During the early part of my life, Chiropractors were few and far between and sometime didn't have a very good reputation as a Doctor. I had never been a patient of one until recently. I was having a lot of leg and hip pain which made it very difficult to walk and negotiate stairs.

I went to three doctors before going to the Chiropractor: my family doctor, an orthopedist and even the emergency room-none of which seemed to be able to relieve my pain. It was suggested that I see a Chiropractor. Two of my family members were seeing Dr. Aaron for various problems. I finally relented and made an appointment. At first, it didn't seem like I was getting better but the Chiropractor told me that it would take a little while. I am not a patient person but I decided to wait it out and I am glad I did as I have gotten much better.

I have various other health problems and take about 35 pills a day. It was wonderful to feel better without drugs. I have become a believer and would recommend a Chiropractor to anyone having problems with their joints and muscles.

I sought out Chiropractic care at Synergy for lower back pain that was caused by my pelvis being rotated leading to pain and stiffness down the right side of my leg. I also was diagnosed with bulging discs in my neck which caused pain and numbness down both of my arms.

After visiting several Chiropractors, Dr. Aaron was the first Chiropractor that was able to adjust my pelvic rotation as well as other issues in my spine. When I started having issues with my neck and was diagnosed with bulging discs, Synergy Chiropractic was able to offer decompression therapy. Unfortunately all that a medical doctor was able to offer me was prescription drugs, but Dr. Aaron had the equipment in his office to take care of the problem and was able to change the settings of the decompression therapy for my needs depending on my symptoms.

I have referred family and friends and will continue to refer my family and friends to Synergy Chiropractic because they offer: skilled adjustments, decompression therapy, a doctor patient relationship based on trust, and easy and flexible appointments.

I was diagnosed with osteoarthritis in both of my knees. I had major swelling and pain in my joints. Medical doctors only offered surgery and drugs, so I sought out Chiropractic Care instead.

I started my chiropractic care because I was experiencing major back pain. This had been an ongoing issue for me for 10 years. Previous treatments did not work for me long term in relieving symptoms of my pain. With all of these things interfering with my daily activities I was looking for some type of relief.

Dr. Aaron empathizes well and takes his time with his patients. My treatment plan was well thought out and explained well so I could understand what the problems were. Previous Chiropractors, MD's and Physical Therapist would guess at my symptoms, but here multiple X-Rays were taken and explained in front of me before any procedures or treatments began. Now I am not taking any medications except vitamins, and my symptoms have gone away.

I started my chiropractic care because I was experiencing upper back and neck pain. My arms and hands would become numb at night interrupting my sleep. I was also wearing braces for carpal tunnel syndrome. I had been diagnosed with degenerative disc disease and had been treated with physical therapy. With all of these things interfering with my daily activities I was looking for some type of relief.

Dr. Aaron talked with me at length and evaluated my conditions. I learned during my first visit that I did not have carpal tunnel. The numbness and tingling was coming from my upper back issues. Just after two adjustments I noticed a huge improvement in my neck and upper back. The numbness and tingling had almost completely stopped. In three weeks it was completely gone! Dr. Aaron also alerted me to the fact that hunched my shoulders and didn't sit up straight. I made a conscious effort to relax my shoulders and sit up straight while at work. I also applied this to my workouts as well. It makes a huge difference when your posture is correct. Not only do the Doctors offer great chiropractic care, they also offer nutrition advice for an overall healthier lifestyle.

In 2008 I was in a very minor car accident, and since then every 5-6 months I would wake up with a "kink" in my neck. It would last for several days then loosen up and go away. In January of 2013 I woke up with the same issues and this time the stiffness didn't go away.

In December I had knee surgery that was not healing from Physical Therapy, and was interfering with my daily life

After eight weeks of physical therapy my knee still didn't feel right. I had tightness in it causing me a lot of discomfort. The therapist said it would take time.
